The Quantum Birthing workshop is a uniquely comprehensive, holistic & sacred approach to childbirth education.

This class teaches tools for mothers and partners to prepare their consciousness for birth by tapping into their subconscious and unconscious mind through intuition training & brain science. Congratulations on the birth of your baby! The fourth trimester is full of uncertainty, vulnerability and transition with the embodiment of motherhood. My purpose is to hold space for healing, the birth story, be of support and encouragement while providing compassionate, evidenced based, holistic care to create ease during this precious time and for the duration of the breastfeeding experience.
I offer a comprehensive visit for clinical lactation care of the breastfeeding dyad. I’m here to mindfully guide you and your family to navigate even the most difficult breastfeeding challenges and help you meet YOUR goals. I provide thorough assessment of medical, nutritional, postural, sensory and structural issues impacting oral function, digestion and optimal development. A care plan will be implemented for the dyad with strategies and techniques to support and habilitate functional breastfeeding.

You may wish to schedule a prenatal appointment due to anticipated challenges, a difficult feeding experience with a previous baby, twins/multiples, or simply the reassurance that you are well educated and prepared to give yourself and your baby the best start possible.
This Telehealth visit is approximately 1-2 hours long and is ideal to schedule the visit by 35 weeks' gestation if possible.
If desired, I can be on call for you once you give birth and will be your guide in your breastfeeding journey.

At the first visit, we will briefly go over the completed maternal and infant health history. I review your full intake materials ahead of time so the appointment is mainly focused on mind/body assessment and observation of the baby and mother dyad.
A detailed holistic plan of care will be provided for immediate challenges to manage breastfeeding and lactation complications, guidance on resolving issues and strategies to help you meet your goals, whatever they might be. A professional report to care providers can be sent and a coded insurance claim form for purposes of reimbursement will be provided.
Follow-up assistance by phone or secure messaging is provided for the following 2 weeks.
Telehealth Visits are 1-2 hours long.

While some breastfeeding issues can be resolved in one visit, sometimes additional hands-on help or virtual support and continued assessment is needed to fully meet your breastfeeding goals, especially if your baby went through releases of oral restrictions or has developmental challenges.
Other times, new issues arise in the breastfeeding relationship, and additional help will facilitate mothers and babies to get back on track.

Welcome to a session with your SOUL! We will be creating sacred space to open channels for your soul to feel safe and mindfully settle into your body. Root-Cause Therapy is a powerful style of therapy that will help to transmute negative emotions & get to the root cause of presenting symptoms, pain, trauma, dis-ease, and old stories held within your cells. We will connect with your UNCONSCIOUS mind and use embodied processing tools which will ignite your body’s innate ability to heal, FEEL and to open to your inner magic and remembrance of self.
Do you experience negative self talk, unhealthy habits and behaviors, depression, or procrastination from low self belief because of painful events in the past or anxiety about the future? Is it hard for you to find focus in your business or life, unsure why you can't proceed? Are your relationships lacking? The conscious mind, so you reading this now, and the unconscious mind - where our automatic learned behaviors and bottled up emotions reside. This therapy allows you to honestly look at your “stuff”, coupled with enhancing your physical health and vitality and setting a clear intention to work through old emotional wounds and unhealthy trans-generational patterns. These are the keys to healing your childhood wounds & preparing consciously for pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
This type of healing creates a space for you to unravel why you do, think or feel the way you do - and discover and shift any unwanted patterns consciously. We will use kinesiology (muscle testing) to discover what your unconscious mind knows to be true or false as far as your beliefs are concerned. Together we will prioritize what we work on together based on what is the most important to you to work through and transition. While we are working on the Root-Cause of issues, in each session we use what is called a ‘Testing Sheet’. This allows us to closely monitor subtle shifts and changes - to give you tangible data so that we can really see the shifts that you have made over time.
I will then guide you on a therapeutic regression and timeline journey, healing the root cause events of presenting issues. We will then create a plan of care for you to integrate the healing you experience into your day-to-day life and support your health and wellness goals.

Do you experience menstrual pain or tension? Are you having trouble conceiving or do your know or suspect you have reproductive scaring, blockages, cysts, fibroids or hormonal imbalances?
Restore the natural ebb and flow of your divine feminine spirit. The postpartum time is a sacred time for nourishing and healing your body after delivery. A postpartum healing session will assist in the releasing of tension or trauma that your body may hold from the birth as well as guide your body back into balance and realignment. Postpartum Bodywork encourages pelvic and abdominal organs to return to their normal optimal position as well as alleviating tightness in the neck and shoulders associated with feeding and care of an infant. This is a supportive session for honoring the birthing body for its amazing work, sharing, processing and healing of the birth story and transition into motherhood. The session will bring deep healing, closure and rejuvenation of the body’s energy, as both pregnancy, and particularly the birth experience , can be a very vulnerable time for a woman, physically, psychologically and spiritually. As a private provider, I am NOT in-network with any insurance companies nor do I take insurance. However, if you have insurance, I will be able to generate a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All lactation visits, including virtual, should be covered by insurance providers under the Affordable Care Act. (Nwic.org and healthcare.gov) However, it is good idea to call them first and find out their lactation payment policies.
My other services are also sometimes covered by insurance depending on your policy. I can give you a Super Bill for ALL services provided, however, there isn’t a guarantee that they will be covered.
If you receive Medical Assistance, WIC, Food stamps or are struggling financially due to crisis or another reason, I am offering reduced payment appointments and/or payment plans. Please do not hesitate to discuss this with me prior to booking. It is important to me that all families have access to quality Holistic Healthcare.

Telehealth appointments can be done on your phone, tablet or computer easily via my client portal which uses Zoom. Please check your equipment prior to our scheduled time.
For a lactation visit, it is helpful to have another person nearby to assist with holding the camera. It's also a good idea to have a flashlight on hand for the oral exam of your baby. Together we can do everything via video that we would normally do in person except for listening to swallows and weighing your baby.
By using virtual HIPPA compliant capabilities like live video and in-app communication, I can provide comprehensive, holistic Telehealth care.

I use language like “mother” in an archetypal sense. Motherhood is not just a hat we wear; it’s also an embodiment of creation, connection, and nurturance.
I embrace all types of families, and I welcome working with those who do not identify as women, females, or mothers. However, my expertise, specialty, and focus have been working with cis-gendered women who were born females and who desire to reclaim the birth process as part of their body’s innate wisdom and healing capabilities.
If you are a genderqueer parent, a nonbinary person trying to conceive, or in the LGBTQ+ community: I want you to know that I welcome you as you are.
I am more than happy to refer you to someone who works specifically with queer birth experiences. I keep a network of references for this intention. Part of my mission here in this lifetime is to work with those restoring Divine Feminine archetypes into their embodiment and healing wounds that have existed for millennia through the body and birth passage.
The transitions from Maiden to Mother to Crone, as well as the Alchemist and Mystic, are archetypes that resonate with many of the clients I work with. This is true across gender identities. However, there is a focus specifically on female archetypes and traditionally women-centered practices, teachings, & archetypes that I do honor as a significant aspect of this work/process.
